Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a leading medical device manufacturer in Dublin, to hire 10 Manufacturing Operators. This is a 23 month contract with a view to permanency. Candidates must be open to shift work (07:00-15:30 and 15:00-23:30 Mon to Friday week on week off). Overtime is paid at 1.5/2x normal pay

Salary: €33,300

Benefits: Overtime, Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Parking, Subsidised Canteen, Shift allowance

Total Package: Up to €46,000 + Overtime

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will assemble and test parts and products as per our training procedures and explanatory drawings.
• You will pack parts and assemblies into designated boxes, bags or containers
• We will teach you to complete all necessary paperwork and ensure that all required records are accurately maintained.
• You will maintain stock accuracy and achieve weekly targets through effective teamwork.
• You will ensure that work areas and equipment are maintained in accordance with company requirements and that all safety rules and procedures are observed.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Leaving Certificate

• FAS training in electromechanical assembly would be an advantage

Your attributes and skills:

• 2 years assembly experience

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• A good work ethic

• Able to think about problems and come up with solutions

• Ability to follow instructions

• Good Time Management

• You get enjoyment from working as part of a group and getting things done
